J Coms Cel: Celebes Journal of Community Service ensures long-term digital preservation and accessibility of all published articles. The journal implements the following archiving policy:

Institutional Repositories
Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional or subject-based repositories immediately upon publication (self-archiving allowed). -
LOCKSS and CLOCKSS Systems
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, ensuring that journal content remains available in the event of website failure or closure. -
PKP Preservation Network (PN)
For journals using Open Journal Systems (OJS), J Coms Cel is integrated with the PKP Preservation Network, which provides free, long-term preservation services. -
Indexing and Database Backups
All published content is regularly backed up and archived through indexing databases and secure internal systems. Metadata and full-text articles are stored in XML and PDF formats. -
Open Access Policy
Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, ensuring they remain freely accessible and reusable by the global scholarly community.
