J Coms Cel: Celebes Journal of Community Service ensures long-term digital preservation and accessibility of all published articles. The journal implements the following archiving policy:

1. Institutional Repositories
   Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional or subject-based repositories immediately upon publication (self-archiving allowed).

2. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS Systems
   This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries, ensuring that journal content remains available in the event of website failure or closure.

3. PKP Preservation Network (PN)
   For journals using Open Journal Systems (OJS), J Coms Cel is integrated with the PKP Preservation Network, which provides free, long-term preservation services.

4. Indexing and Database Backups
   All published content is regularly backed up and archived through indexing databases and secure internal systems. Metadata and full-text articles are stored in XML and PDF formats.

5. Open Access Policy
   Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, ensuring they remain freely accessible and reusable by the global scholarly community.
